Well I am sad to say it but wrestling is almost over. Tomorrow is my last practice and this weekend is state. You know...you never really know how much you miss something untill it comes to an end. I just wanted to say that all those times that I've complained b/c I was doing wrestling video's I'm actually gna miss it! I really can honestly say that my highschool years wouldn't be near as fun w/out it. So I'm gna make a list of the top 10 things I love about wrestling and the top 10 highlights of the past 3 years I've managed...here goes...
TOP TEN THINGS I LOVE ABOUT WRESTLING
1) The wrestling parents
2) HOTT guys in spandex
3) Overnight tournaments
4) All the Exciting matches, duals, and Tournaments..(GODDARD)
5) COACHES
6) The fun times, stories, jokes, laughs, and pranks that we all played on one another
7) The VERY RARE complements that we recieved for our hard work
8) Face-planting Corey and Shelton after practices
9) FOOD
10) My fellow wrestlers, managers, and you JESS!
HIGHLIGHTS
1) When I set the table on fire at the tale-gating party and everyone blamed Fred
2) When Sarha and I took out the coaches
3) Getting stuck in a field till 3:30 in the morning the night b4 state while tring to TP Sheltons house
4) Wallgreens (Don't ask if you don't know)
5) When Sarha and I convinced Shelton we were in Colorado 15min. b4 the Colby Tournament was about to start! (that was a good one)
6) When the bus driver BITCHED OUT Shelton on the way to regionals and after. (the funniest)
7) When the bus driver backed into the gate at IHOP about 6 times
8) The water fights with Nate
9) Overnight Walmart trips (lol for those of u who know)
10) Getting 3RD PLACE out of 33 GUYS in Lazer tag this year...(HELL YA)I have to give props to Brittany Fiene for that one!
11) I had to add one that just happened this weekend! Lets just say that the managers finally gave Shelton what he diserved...a big TP'n! We TP'd the shit out of his house and then got attacked by his very quick 800 year old, blind, and deaf dog! lol GOOD TIMES...
Well that's just a few good times in all the the years I've been manager. It might sound gay to say but it's like we were all a family and we all are really close! It's hard to come home to an empty house every day b/c my dad is ALWAYS out of town, my mom always works late, my sister is always working or at school, and my other sister lives in Colorado. So wrestling was kind of a temporary family. I remember saying that there's alway next year but his year I can't say that. Well ny ways...from the very retarded words of Mr. Brian Shelton and Corey Jones..."SHAKE IT OFF"! I'll always have those good memories and I can always visit every now an then. Ny ways life goes on...hopefully it has something as great as that in store for me! Thanks for listening to my sappy and gay entry...if you managed to read this far...lol GOOD LUCK AT STATE WRESTLERS! ttyl |
